Any change outside the original scope goes through a change request: we assess the impact on the timeline and the budget, you approve it, we build it in. Nothing moves without your explicit agreement.

Payment by milestone protects you: you only pay for what has been delivered and signed off. You keep the code developed up to that point, documented and ready to be picked up.

You start straight away: the scoping is done, the architecture is settled and the costing is already in place. And €1,500 is credited against your Build if it is signed within 60 days of the handover.

Absolutely. We train your team, document everything and organise handover sessions. The aim is for you to be entirely self-sufficient after delivery.
