Background

Energy audit professionals produce standardised reports, which have to be generated, approved, then sent to clients. This application industrialises that circuit, from the entry form to the final document sent out.

Our mission

Our team built the application in full:

Generating the energy audit reports, with a polished PDF export ready to hand to the end client.
An approval circuit: every report goes through a review and sign-off step before it is issued.
Automatic emailing of approved reports, handled in the background so the user never waits.
Monitoring the application in production, to catch and fix an incident before it reaches users.

Outcome

From entry to sending, the circuit is automated and traceable. Report production gains in reliability, and each file takes less time.

Added value

A clean scope, delivered quickly and cleanly. The practices of a large project (background processing, an approval circuit, production monitoring) are applied to a focused application, which gives it the robustness expected of a production tool without stretching the timeline.
