An on-site services company, in security and facility management, has to schedule its officers, verify that they did visit the right places, and produce site reports for its clients. This application covers that cycle in full.

Our mission
Our team carried the majority of the development:
- Schedules from three angles: officer schedule, client schedule and the overall activity schedule.
- Shift check-ins: each officer records the start of their shift, tied to codes and service types.
- NFC tag rounds: tags placed on site are scanned by officers at each visit, producing time-stamped proof of presence.
- Site reports: daily reports and reports by type, producing PDF documents ready to send to clients.
- Managing organisations, clients and public holidays.

Outcome
The company knows who is scheduled where, who actually made their visits thanks to the NFC proof, and hands its clients presentable site reports.
Added value
NFC check-in turns a question of trust, whether the round was actually done, into verifiable data.
