Running an event with points of sale on site means managing attendees, orders and drinks at the same time, while controlling who comes in. This application brings all of it into one tool.

Our mission
Our team built the application in full:
- Managing events and their attendees, with a directory of people and companies and the staff types.
- The bars and points of sale present at the event, with drinks consumption tracked in real time.
- Taking orders, including purchase orders and vouchers.
- QR code access control: every attendee is scanned and validated at the entrance.
- Administering the whole system, with a help module for organisers.

Outcome
Organisers follow their events end to end from a single tool: who is present, what is ordered and consumed, who comes in. The application has been maintained and extended over four years.
Added value
An application for the field, designed to be useful during the event and not only beforehand. QR code scanning keeps the entrance moving, and drinks consumption can be read live, bar by bar.
