On Amazon, sellers pay to place their products at the top of the search results: this is pay-per-click advertising. Managed by hand, product by product and keyword by keyword, it quickly becomes unmanageable. This platform brings the creation, monitoring and optimisation of every campaign together in a single interface.
Amazon advertising management
SaaS platform for running Amazon ad campaigns: creation, performance tracking and automated reporting
Our team built the platform in full:
- Connecting seller accounts: each user links one or more Amazon accounts and advertising profiles in a few clicks.
- Running all three families of Amazon advertising (sponsored products, sponsored brands with their store and pages, display advertising), with full management of campaigns, ad groups, keywords and targeting.
- Automatic collection of performance data: every day the platform retrieves results by campaign, keyword and product, then lays them out in reports and dashboards.
- Sales activity tracking: orders, returns, refunds, coupons and product monitoring.
- A complete SaaS foundation: card subscriptions with plans and teams, roles and permissions adjustable down to menu-by-menu access, two-factor authentication, and built-in support with tickets and user feedback.
Sellers run all their Amazon advertising and track its return on investment from a single tool, without moving between Amazon interfaces, with reports generated automatically every day.
Two difficulties make this project valuable. The first is integrating a complex, constantly moving external API, that of Amazon Advertising. The second is building a reusable SaaS foundation (subscriptions, teams, permissions, security), which then made it possible to deliver the client's other products faster.
